Le tête de mule

Ingredients :

4 cl of organic Gin Lachanenche

2.5 cl of Vermouth Genepi Lachanenche

7 or 8 fresh mint leaves

1.5 cl of pressed green lime juice

Ginger Beer to complete

Preparation :

In a shaker, add the fresh mint leaves.

Press a lime and add 1.5 cl of lime juice in the shaker.

Add 4 cl of organic Gin Lachanenche and 2.5 cl of Vermouth genepi Lachanenche.

Fill the ice shaker.

Shake vigorously to mix the ingredients and refresh the mixture.

Filter the contents of the shaker in a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.

Complete the glass with Ginger Beer until you reach the desired height.

Decorate the cocktail with a fresh mint leef, a lime slice or a lime zest, if you wish.

Enjoy this combination of flavors that are both refreshing and explosive.
