Our gin distilled three times is a spirit of character combining the edge of wild juniper berries with the sweetness of the elder flowers of the Ubaye valley. Its reduction to local source water ensures it great aromatic richness. To taste dry or in cocktail, our gin is both lively and complex and lets express the well -tempered character of the mountain juniper.
