Pastis Roche Bénite
Not inspired the botanical diversity of the Ubaye valley
Pastis Roche Bénite
The Ubaye valley benefits from a pivotal situation between Alps and Provence. You can meet there, depending on the altitude: the savory, the serpolet, the wild lavender, the hyssop, the oregano, typical essences of high Provence as well as the genepi, the emblematic flower of the Alps. Through our pastis, we want to translate this diversity and this richness.
"La Roche Bénite", an enigmatic name, is that of a summit in front of our distillery at the foot of which we carry out many wild picking (including the absinth). It is also a particularly peaceful place where we like to recharge our batteries.
It alone symbolizes our identity: the subtle marriage of the Alps and Provence.
