Ingredients :
4.5 cl of Lachanenche organic pastis
5-6 crushed raspberries
8 cl of cranberry juice
1 cl of blackberry syrup
Trim :
Some fresh raspberries
A mint head
Preparation :
In a shaker, place the crushed raspberries.
Add the Lachanenche organic pastis, cranberry juice, and blackberry syrup in the shaker.
Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously to mix the flavors well and cool the mixture.
Filter the preparation in a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.
For the garnish, place some fresh raspberries in the glass.
If you wish, add a mint head for a touch of additional aroma.
