P Mousse


Ingredients :

5 cl of Gin Bio Lachanenche

1.5 cl of pressed green lime juice

6.5 cl of pressed grapefruit juice

1.5 cl ginger syrup

Preparation :

In a shaker, add 5 cl of Bio Lachanenche.

Add 1.5 cl of pressed lime juice.

Pour 6.5 cl of fresh grapefruit juice in the shaker.

Add 1.5 cl of ginger syrup for a sweet and spicy touch.

Fill the ice shaker.

Shake vigorously to mix the ingredients and refresh the mixture.

Filter the contents of the shaker in a fresh cocktail glass.

If you wish, you can garnish the cocktail with a lime zest or a slice of grapefruit.
