Since the distillery foundation in 1994, agriculture remains a pillar of the company. It takes place at the hamlet of "La Chanenche Haute" at 1400 meters above sea level on the sunny slopes of the Ubaye valley.
Our cultures are initially focused on raspberry and rose (Rosa Centifolia). In an innovation and experimentation approach, we are choosing today to develop and diversify our agricultural crops with other fruits and plants that enter into the development of our spirits.
Certified organic since 2009 in order to enhance an environmentally friendly agriculture, Lachanenche in depths its know-how by experimenting with new virtuous cultural practices. The entire harvest is intended for the production of the alcohols of the distillery.
