Ancestral aperitif of the Mediterranean regions, the "orange wine" offers a sunny flavor noted with a slight point of bitterness, it is obtained by maceration of sweet orange and bitter orange organic certified in a rosé of Provence.

This refreshing and friendly aperitif brings up the traditions of our terroir up to date.

Wine and orange- 16%vol.

No extract, concentrated, preservative or coloring are added.

Sensory analysis

The attack is direct and generous. The first very fresh nose reveals aromas of freshly squeezed juice. The second nose develops richer notes of citrus zest: orange, kumquat, grapefruit. Finally, vanilla and slightly spicy notes contribute to the roundness and indulgence: citrus jam, marmalade.

The initial taste mirrors the aromas. Freshly squeezed juice dominates, providing a first sensation of freshness. The mid-palate becomes more complex with notes of zest, supported by a pleasant bitterness. Towards the end, spice and vanilla soften the bitterness and reveal candied notes.
