Its antiseptic, aperitif and digestive properties make thyme liquor a very effective digestive.

This liquor can pleasantly flavor your meat at the end of cooking and gives a Provencal note to the juice by deglacing.

Sensory analysis

A bold attack expressing notes of honey and Provençal herbs. The nose deepens with aromas of citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit). A slightly camphoraceous, vegetal freshness appears in a third phase.

A round and warm attack. The aromas become more complex with spicy notes of pepper and ginger, then orange blossom. The finish expands with herbaceous notes, bringing a lovely freshness.
