perfected in the art of distillation using a century-old still
acquired in 2012.
Benoit in charge of the
manufacturing, strives to refine its knowledge through the diversity of
products to be distilled (plants, fruits, grains). The goal is to offer
subtle and flavorful spirits, with a touch of originality brought by
the uniqueness of this still.
Alembic:
Steam still from 1907,
comprising three copper vases. Itinerant and originally intended for the
Marc production in Savoy. It was renovated by the addition of two columns of
Stupfler rectifications allowing the production of a finer alcohol
precise and powerful aromatics.
