This typical southern Alps tree is the only conifer with deciduous needles. Tender green in color in the spring, you can admire it in its flamboyant tones in the fall.

It is in June that we collect its flowers in deep red colors before they become woody and turn into cones.

The liquor that we macerate these flowers have the flavor of the conifers underwood.

Organic larch liqueur - 40%vol.

No extract, concentrated, preservative or coloring are added.

Sensory analysis

A bold and powerful attack with resinous notes. The second nose develops with more camphoraceous and slightly mentholated notes.

The initial taste mirrors the aromas, developing resinous, very woody notes. The mid-palate becomes more complex with a honeyed roundness. The finish then reveals hints of dried apricot, dried fig, and, to a lesser extent, exotic fruits (pineapple, mango).
