Sensory analysis
Subtle, delicate. Vegetal notes (coriander, tarragon), spicy notes (pepper, cardamom), honey.
Initially, the wine reveals notes of licorice and then anise, which provide structure. During tasting, hints of fennel, wormwood, and genepi emerge, creating a more vegetal, slightly bitter character. The finish brings notes of spices: cardamom followed by pepper, which linger and contribute to the lingering aromatic finish.
